Jeremy Ayer is a partner at Fears Law, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, dog bites, and work injuries. A native of Athens, Texas, Jeremy’s passion for the law began while attending the top-ranked Bishop Thomas K. Gorman High School in Tyler. He further developed his interest in law during law school at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he served as a Student Ambassador, held various leadership positions, and was an active legislator for the Student Bar Association—all while living on the beach. His experience managing multiple responsibilities during law school helped shape the meticulous, detail-oriented approach he applies to his practice today.

Jeremy’s focus on personal injury law stems from professional and personal experience. Having been hit by a drunk driver while in college, he understands firsthand the impact of severe injuries and the importance of fighting for fair compensation. As the managing attorney of Fears Law’s pre-litigation division, Jeremy is known for his tenacity and unwavering commitment to negotiating favorable settlements. He is committed to keeping clients informed throughout the process and setting clear, realistic expectations for achieving desired outcomes.

Jeremy is dedicated to giving back to his community outside his legal work. He volunteers with Love In Action Homeless Ministry in Athens, TX, and is a Half Moon Legal Seminar faculty member. When he’s not advocating for his clients, he enjoys working out, culinary pursuits, traveling, and avidly supporting Texas Tech football. Jeremy is also the proud owner of two dogs, Kiwi the Great Pyrenees and Nacho the Corgi, and enjoys spending time outdoors with them.
