Personal injury cases at Fears Law are handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay nothing upfront and only owe legal fees if we successfully recover compensation on your behalf.
Depending on your case, compensation may include medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, future care costs, and other damages related to your injury. Fears Law works to maximize every category of recovery available.
Some cases resolve through settlement within months, while others may take longer if litigation is required. Throughout the process, Fears Law keeps you informed and involved so there are no surprises.
Seek medical attention immediately, document the incident if possible, avoid speaking with insurance companies alone, and contact Fears Law for guidance. Early legal involvement helps preserve evidence and strengthens your claim.
